At deCure, we believe every detail matters. Here’s what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.

 

1. Order processing

We aim to prepare your order for dispatch within 1 business day under normal circumstances.

During peak periods and public holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Please note that order processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping rates

We offer shipping to selected destinations, with the available options and final shipping cost confirmed at checkout.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway

  • Shipping: 79 SEK
  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000 SEK

Other supported European destinations

  • Shipping: €10
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

United States, Canada and other supported destinations

  • Shipping: $25
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your delivery address, order and applicable weight limits. The shipping options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway: 1–2 business days
  • Other supported European destinations: 2–3 business days
  • United States, Canada and other supported destinations: 3–4 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and circumstances outside our control.

4. Delivery updates

Once your order has been dispatched, any available shipping confirmation and tracking information will be shared with you by email.

If tracking is provided, you can use it to follow your parcel’s progress.
